Questions before converting

Each new account can successfully convert one PDF’s first two pages for free, including preview, correction and Excel/CSV download. A failed extraction does not use the trial. Remaining pages and later files require page credits.

One credit processes one PDF page, including pages with no recognized table. $9 buys 20 pages; $29 buys 100. No subscription or automatic renewal. Unused purchased credits do not expire. Repeated downloads and corrections are free while the result is available.

Only after conversion and export generation succeed. A full conversion of your trial file charges only the remaining pages, and replaces your trial preview and its edits. Reprocessing a different file is a new conversion. Review the preview before using any output.

On this server using pdfplumber and local Tesseract OCR. We do not send uploaded PDFs, extracted data or results to third-party conversion or AI services. Payment and account emails are handled separately by our payment and email providers.

Sources, previews, corrections and results expire within 24 hours of conversion. A scheduled cleanup deletes them automatically; edits and upgrades do not extend this window. You can also delete a conversion or your account sooner. Download before expiry.

Check every result against the source, especially OCR output. If conversion fails or you are not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Do not email sensitive statements; include your account email and order reference.

Text-based PDFs work best. Image-only pages use local English OCR and are marked “Please verify recognition results”. Limits: 15 MiB, 100 pages, 3,000 rows, and 40 columns for tables. Password-protected, handwritten and complex layouts may fail.
