If a conversion fails or you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 7 days of any page-pack purchase for a full refund of that purchase, even if some of its page credits have been used. This promise applies to both the 20-page and 100-page packs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds go to the original payment method through Creem, our merchant of record. Refunded credits are removed from the account. Failed extraction does not charge page credits or consume your free trial.

No subscription or automatic renewal. Sources and results expire within 24 hours, independently of unused page credits.
